Not only do you have a dream for yourself but also for others? Do you wish to rent out your property as an investment? Ctrl Home Spain ensures that all of this can be done without worry.
Rental of the holiday home means an interesting return with which the fixed costs of the home can be paid. To ensure that holiday renters are satisfied during their stay and book your home again, the vacation rental must be arranged properly. We are point of contact for your tenants during the rental period so that they can enjoy their holiday carefree.
There are also a number of obligations that Ctrl Home Spain can arrange for you:
• Arranging your rental permit.
• Registration of your tenants with the local police.
We treat your tenant as we treat you, therefore we offer a wide range of services specifically for the rental. Below a 'menu' of services at standard rates, such that you can turn every rental into a personal success:

1. Warm welcome, collect keys and standby
​
Meet & Greet with the tenants on the date of arrival at the property or at the airport. If desired, we can also take care of the transport of your tenants from the airport to your home. Stand-by for your tenants in case of malfunctions or problems, but also with questions about the environment, activities and places of interest. We can provide a nice welcome package for your tenants at your request.

2. Dealing with contract and rental guarantee
​
We take care of the handling of the rental contract if you have not been able to arrange this yourself and receive the rental guarantee agreed by you if you wish. This is then handed back to the tenants after delivery on condition that the property is found in perfect condition.

3. Departure and final cleaning
​
Your tenants have enjoyed a fantastic stay in your home and are already looking forward to the next vacation. Ctrl Home Spain ensures the correct return of the keys, arranging the rental guarantee and the final cleaning.

After cleaning, a report will be prepared for you by e-mail including photos so that you can close the rental with a good feeling.
